Thesis
APPLICATION OF BAYESIAN NETWORKS TO THE AUTOMATIC ANALYSIS OF HISTOPATHOLOGICAL IMAGES.
The aim of this thesis was to create a data cleaning framework that would allow to discern within a dataset between significant and spurious images. in order to achieve this goal, it was used deep Bayesian networks. In the framework were also implemented additional methods to process the "whole slides" through multithreading and a section dedicated to the development of ui. Starting from this framework, two applications were developed, one for analysis and the other for data cleaning.
