Biography

Gabriele Scaffidi Militone earned his Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering from Politecnico di Torino in 2023, graduating with 110 cum laude. Through the Cloud Computing and Computer Networks track, part of the Master’s curriculum, and his thesis on Development of a Microservice for Data Storage, he developed a deep interest in distributed systems and cloud applications. Currently, he is a PhD student with the DBDM research group and a member of the SmartData@PoliTO research center. His research focuses on advancing cloud continuum frameworks, with a primary goal of integrating machine learning techniques to enhance scalability and efficiency in this area.
Beyond academia, he is actively engaged in the cultural and artistic life around him, approaching each new challenge with curiosity and enthusiasm.
