Special Talk: The JRC and Polito: Collaborating on a Sustainable Energy Future
A Special Talk with Tilemahos Efthimiadis, researcher at the Joint Research Centre (JRC), will take place on Wednesday, June 10 at 16:30. He will present the role of the European Commission’s evidence-based science and knowledge service in supporting EU policies, particularly in the field of non-nuclear energy research.
The meeting, organized within the framework of the collaboration agreement between POLITO and the JRC, will focus in particular on:
· The European Commission's role in shaping EU energy policy
· The JRC's contributions to EU energy research and policy-making
· The Polito–JRC collaboration agreement
· Career opportunities at the JRC in non-nuclear energy research
The event is open exclusively to Politecnico di Torino staff. It will be held in person (venue to be confirmed) and in English.
