Politecnico reaches its peak in the QS World University Rankings

Politecnico keeps its growth trend in best worldwide universities ranking, the QS World University Rankings: once reached the 252nd position in 2024, it gains 11 more positions, being considered at the 241st for the perspective 2025 ranking among the over 1.500 universities evaluated. This makes Politecnico again at the TOP 16% of international universities.

We have what it takes to reach this goal.”

Politecnico’s QS World University Rankings 2025 growth trend lies on two specific reputation indicators connected to the labor and academic contexts. 29 more positions are indeed gained in the Employer Reputation indicator, showing employers’ positive evaluation of PoliTO graduates: 165th position worldwide and 2nd among Italian Universities. The Academic Reputation indicator, on the other hand, shows Politecnico’s reputation in the academic world: 213th position worldwide, with 12 more positions gained from QS WUR 2024.

QS WUR also evaluates universities’ social and environmental impact with the Sustainability indicator, introduced in 2024: here Politecnico gains 94 more positions, being ranked at the 169th.

Last but not least, the Citations per Faculty indicator displays the scientific publications’ quotations evaluation, ranking Politecnico around the top 250 worldwide universities.
