Set in the evocative setting of the Sanctuary of Oropa, the Spring School of the 22nd cycle of Alta Scuola Politecnica (ASP) took place from May 4 to 8, 2026, offering an intensive week of training focused on design, innovation, and entrepreneurship.

The initiative, jointly organized by Politecnico di Torino and Politecnico di Milano, brought together students and faculty in a residential environment designed to foster interdisciplinary exchange, teamwork, and the development of advanced skills.

The week was structured around two modules: Design Methods and Processes, led by Professor of Politecnico di Milano Gaetano Cascini, and Dynamics of Innovation, coordinated by Professor of Politecnico di Torino Marco Cantamessa.

Among the key moments was the Business Model Canvas tutorial, delivered by Leo Italiano (I3P), who guided participants in transforming their ideas into concrete business models.

Through lectures, tutorials, and project work, students systematically explored the different stages of the innovation process – from problem definition and idea selection to business model development and final presentations.

The 2026 edition of the ASP Spring School confirmed the value of a teaching approach based on hands-on experience, interdisciplinarity, and collaboration. Within the unique setting of the Sanctuary of Oropa, students from diverse backgrounds engaged with complex challenges, developed innovative solutions, and acquired essential tools to address contemporary technological and societal transformations.

An intense and enriching experience that continues to represent one of the key milestones of the ASP program, combining method, creativity, and entrepreneurial vision.
