Biography

I am a meteorologist, graduated from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) specialised in Synoptic Meteorology, and I worked for Argentina’s National Meteorological Service (SMN) from 2015 to 2021. Currently, I am completing my PhD at the Polytechnic of Turin in convention with the National Metrology Institute of Italy (INRIM). Due to the increasing demand for high-quality meteorological data and the need to address more effectively the mitigation of climate change, I am interested in expanding my knowledge in the metrology field applied to atmospheric sciences. Thus, the goal of this project is to research the environmental effects and analyse the uncertainty budget for air temperature measurements from ground-based stations.
