Biography

Building Engineer, PhD in "Project Appraisal and Economic Evaluations", member of SIEV (Italian Society of Appraisal and Evaluation) and Confirmed Researcher since 2015. Since 2004, she has been conducting research and providing consultancy for public and private entities on appraisal topics related to professional practice (real estate market, public works, public-private partnerships, economic and financial sustainability of investments). Since 2011, she has been teaching courses at the Politecnico di Torino on the evaluation of assets and investments; since 2017, she has been a member of the Interdepartmental Center R3C and scientific coordinator of the "Maintenance" cluster. Since 2022, she has been a member of the Quality Assurance Unit (PQA) and, continuing her role as Deputy Coordinator of the Building Engineering Program Board (held since 2020), in 2024 she was elected Representative of the Building Engineering Degree Programs at the Politecnico di Torino. From 2021 to 2025, she was a member of the Scientific and Executive Committee of the PoliTO Master School. Since 2021, she has been appointed (as a representative of Politecnico di Torino) as a member of the Permanent Working Table for the Reference Price List of the Piedmont Region. Since 2024, she has been Vice President of the “Building Works Commission” of the "Price List for Building and Plant Works in the Turin Area" of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Handicraft and Agriculture of Turin, where she has been serving as a member since 2021.
