Biography

I graduated in psychology of work and wellbeing in organizations from the University of Turin in 2021. I then did a one-year internship qualifying for the profession in an employment agency - a former social cooperative - that dealt with active employment policies. In 2023, I took part in an Erasmus+ project in Marseille in which I was involved in international mobility for boys and girls in conditions of socio-economic fragility. I started my path at the Politecnico di Torino in early 2024 with a research fellowship linked to a PRIN on digitization and active labor market policies; working in parallel also on a multidisciplinary research project on the topic of Golden Power. In March 2025, I started my PhD in management engineering on the topic of anticipatory governance, a policy strategy that, through specific working and analysis techniques, allows to achieve the most desirable future instead of reacting to the most likely one. Over the past 2 years, I have also collaborated with the Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Cuneo in the process of creating and grounding two editions of the ‘Impegnati nei diritti’ grant. I therefore have theoretical knowledge and practical experience in the labor sector, in particular of active labor market policies and digitalization of processes; and in that of policy actions - especially on the regional and local level - in both the public and private social sectors.
