Biography

I attended the Bachelor's degree program in Computer Engineering, obtaining my bachelor's degree in 2020.
I continued my academic path by enrolling in the Master's degree program in Computer Engineering with a focus on Graphics and Multimedia, obtaining the degree in 2023 with a thesis entitled "Multi-User Simulation and Training for Forest Fire management in Augmented Reality," aimed at the expansion of an AR tool originally designed to support training in forest firefighting.
Before my graduation, I also started a collaboration with the GRaphics And INtelligent Systems (GRAINS) group and the VR@POLITO laboratory of the Department of Computer and Control Engineering (DAUIN), with a fellowship supervised by Prof. F. Lamberti.
The scholarship focused on the use and implementation of XR tools to support planning and decision-making in various domains, not only related to emergency situations but also, for example, to future mobility scenarios.
This research work later resulted in a Ph.D. ("Digital reconstruction, simulation, and interaction techniques for eXtended Reality experiences").
