Biography

I am a Civil Engineer with a strong background in structural design, monitoring, and data-driven methodologies. After completing my B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Civil Engineering (Structures) at Politecnico di Torino, I started a Ph.D, where I focus on AI-based damage detection and decision-making frameworks for bridge monitoring. My research integrates machine learning, signal processing, and blockchain technologies to enable smarter, faster, and more transparent infrastructure management. I am currently carrying out part of my doctoral research at UPC Barcelona through a cotutelle agreement, and I actively participate in international research collaborations and conferences.
