Infoday European Research Council (ERC)

The European Research Council (ERC), through its different funding schemes (Starting- StG, Consolidator-CoG, Advanced -AdG), offers individual funding for frontier research on topics proposed by the researchers themselves.

The infoday, held in Italian and addressed to research fellows, researchers and professors of the Politecnico di Torino, will highlight the opportunities offered by the Programme, illustrate the key features of an ERC idea and profile, as well as the support offered by the Research, Technology Transfer and Innovation Division (RIMIN) to applicants and winners.

The workshop will be held by Maria Onorato, ERC programme contact person since 2012, and will be attended by Professors Michele Lancione and Alfonso Pagani, who will tell their experience as ERC Starting Grant winners, respectively in the social sciences (SSH) and engineering (PE).
