Scuderia Ferrari F1 Engineering Academy Edition 2025

We are glad to share with you the 11th edition of the Scuderia Ferrari F1 Engineering Academy.

The Scuderia Ferrari F1 Engineering Academy is aimed at the best qualified Engineering master students in their final year of MA.

Selected participants will join the dedicated Internship from end-September 2025 (for a period of 6-months, in Maranello Italy).

The selection process will take place from now (and will include an engineering “test” an Assessment-Center on 4 and 5 June, online, with selected participants, as well as final interviews with Line Managers end-June 2025), with the following requirements:
- Completion of Master in the past 6 months or by September 2025
- Ideally with highest academic scores, testimony of excellence and/or specialization
- Strong level of English language skills (B2/C1), and an additional language would be a “plus” (no requirement to speak Italian)
- Prior experience gained during Internships (ideally in Innovation/racing/Formula-Student, or similar)
- Experience abroad (outside of home-country cultural context, during studies or internships) for best ability to integrate.

Selection steps start from now and include:
- Reception of CV & Motivation letter (and confirming availability of starting date) by Tuesday 22 April 2025;
- Selection on the above mentioned criteria;
- Selected candidates will complete an on-line aptitude test (from 30 April to 7 May, and “Technical Test” online 29 April 3pm-6pm CET);
- Best participants will proceed with an individual (phone/video) interview;
- Finalists will be invited to our on-line Assessment Centre (dates: 3-4 June, online);
- Final interviews will be held with our Line Managers (including interviews in Scuderia F1 Ferrari offices, Maranello)
- Selected individuals will join the Ferrari F1 Engineering Academy team in late September 2024 (for internship duration 6-months).
