The PhD programme trains figures capable of operating, in a complementary way between research and design, for innovation in the academy, research centres, public, private and third-sector entities or companies, including start-ups and spin-offs.
Research Doctors can design, develop and manage systems, processes, services, manufacturing and communication products, capable of intervening in the dynamics of innovation in fruition, with a particular sensitivity towards the ecological and digital transition, social innovation and the humanization of technologies, as well as to develop actions for the construction of research networks.
