Le macro attività del progetto sono le seguenti: 1. verifica/revisione del progetto di restauro del Palazzo presentato da società etiopi; 2. supporto alla movimentazione delle opere presenti in deposito e in esposizione nelle aree di intervento del Palazzo; attività di condition reporting; imballaggio e messa in sicurezza; 3. recupero e restauro del Palazzo e della Sala Sergio Leone; 4. formazione e capacity building nelle pratiche di progettazione del restauro 5. formazione e capacity building nelle metodologie e pratiche di valutazione dello stato di conservazione e conoscenza dei materiali; condition reporting; manipolazione, imballaggio, movimentazione e messa in sicurezza dei manufatti.
