CDI MBA program offers the possibility to develop your talent and boost your career, enriching your technical and transversal skills internationally. The program lasts 10 months and is divided into 15 weeks of training (Turin, Paris, Munich, CERN Idea Square) + about 26 weeks of action learning as junior consultants at partner companies, retributed.

CDI Italia selects, every year, the best 50 STEM young graduates and young professionals with great potential.

Key Aspects of CDI MBA

Fully Sponsored: MBA is fully free (NO payment of tuition fees).


World Class Faculty: the MBA faculty comprises professors selected from prestigious public & private universities (Harvard, INSEAD, IMD, Politecnico di Torino, St. Gallen, EPFL, etc.), industry experts, consultants, and influential business leaders.

Learning through Action approach: each participant works on a dedicated business project in areas such as Innovation, Project Management, Digital Transformation, Strategy, Controlling, Marketing & Business Development.

Innovation & Entrepreneurship oriented: every year MBA fellows participate in the “Innovation for Change” project (I4C), an initiative promoted in collaboration with CERN Ideasquare in Switzerland, aiming to develop innovative solutions.

International: companies are increasingly looking for interdisciplinary profiles to cover managerial roles. Several classes are held together with fellows coming from CDI in France & Germany, with an international diploma awarded at the end of the program. Travelling and hosting costs abroad are also covered by CDI.

We are looking for talented and brilliant young professionals and graduates with the following requisites:

master’s degree with honors (For Italian applicants: Magistrale >100/110) in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, and ESG-related topics or experience.
work experience preferred up to a maximum of 2 years;
excellent knowledge of English; Italian at A2, French or German is a plus;
empowered soft skills: willing to invest in further developing your motivation, leadership, teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills.
