Biography

Giacomo Maculotti was born in Genova (GE), Italy, in 1994. He received the M.Sc Degree in Automotive Engineering in 2017 from Politecnico di Torino, Italy. He is currently PhD student at Politecnico di Torino - Dept. of Management and Production Engineering (DIGEP). In April 2018 he joined the Manufacturing Metrology Team of the University of Nottingham (UK) as visiting researcher for six months. His current research interests are Industrial Metrology, Technological Surfaces Characterization, and Quality Engineering.
