• Digital documentation of cultural heritage through multi-sensor, multi-platform, and multi-scale approaches, including the integration of thermal data.
• Evaluation of pretrained GeoAI models for remote sensing imagery from drones and satellites, with a focus on zero-shot performance, robustness, and the operational transferability of prompt-based models and (EO) foundation models.
• Extraction of 2D/3D metric data from high-resolution stereoscopic satellite imagery.
• Generation and validation of 3D data by means of UAS photogrammetry and direct georeferencing approaches.
• Multitemporal glacier monitoring using geomatics techniques, with particular attention to error assessment in the estimation of elevation and volumetric changes.
• Use of geomatics techniques for the development of services based on geographic data, including the acquisition, management, and processing of multi-scale, multi-sensor, and multi-temporal spatial data, particularly in the field of emergency mapping for the delineation of affected areas and damage assessment.
