In case one or more candidates won't confirm their participation by December 15^th, the position will be re-assigned to candidates on the reserve list according to their position. The candidates placed on the reserve list will be contacted only in case of admitted candidates renunciation, and they will be given a deadline to confirm their participation.

In case one or more candidates will not confirm their participation or accept the scholarship by December 15^th, 2:00 pm (Italian time), the position will be re-assigned to candidates on the reserve list according to their position on the reserve list.

The scholarship candidates on the reserve list can receive the scholarship only in case of withdrawal of a student from the main list.

According to their position on the merit-ranking list, admitted candidates will have to download the following form, fill it in, sign it and send it by e-mail to master.universitari@polito.it by December 15^th (2:00 pm CET):

- Master Acceptance Declaration – no scholarship

- Master Acceptance Declaration – ASI Scholarship

- Master Acceptance Declaration - Polito Scholarship

All candidates who confirm their participation will receive an e-mail with information concerning the enrolment.
