Biography

Jovana Panic was born in Belgrade, Serbia. She received her Master’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering from the Politecnico di Torino, Torino, Italy, in 2019 with the thesis “Colorectal cancer segmentation on MRI images using Convolutional Neural Networks”. She worked as a Researcher under grant from October 2019 to October 2020 at the Department of Radiology of Candiolo Cancer Institute, FPO -IRCCS, Italy. She is currently a PhD student at the Department of Electronics and Telecommunications of Politecnico di Torino, Italy. Her research is mainly focused on analyses and interpretation of biomedical images processing with the application of artificial intelligence techniques.
