MSCA@PoliTO - Postdoctoral Fellowships

Politecnico di Torino is committed to attract talented researchers of all nationalities and support researchers career development, therefore dedicated support  is provided to researchers willing to apply to Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) Postdoctoral Fellowships (PF) call choosing Politecnico as Host Institution. 

MSCA PF funding is aimed at postdoctoral researchers, up to 8 years postdoctoral, who wish to acquire new skills through advanced training and opportunities for international, interdisciplinary and intersectoral mobility.
There are 2 types of Postdoctoral Fellowships : European and Global Fellowships, which implies specific mobility requirements. Project durations range from 24 to 36 months.
The financial contribution covers 100% of the costs for the entire period of the fellowship and includes the researcher's salary, mobility expenses, research costs, and a contribution to the host institution's overhead costs.

MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships support for candidates

Applicants choosing Politecnico di Torino as Host Institution for a MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships (European or Global) proposal can benefit from dedicated support, which specifically consists of:

  • Infoday on the call for proposals
  • Q&A sessions with the applicant and his/her supervisor
  • In-depth webinars
  • On-demand support with dedicated staff
  • Proposal review service

Applicants who choose POLITO as their Host Institution, must meet the eligibility requirements for the Call for Proposals and identify a POLITO Supervisor, also by consulting the pages describing our 11 Departments.

Supervisors and applicants proceed independently to upload proposals on the online Funding and Tender portal, using the validated PIC of POLITO = 999977754

Applicants, both intern and extern to Politecnico, who wish to take advantage of the dedicated support for proposal submission, are requested to sign the "Letter of Commitment".

The MSCA-2023-PF call opening date is 12 April 2023 and the deadline date is 13 September 2023 (17:00:00 Brussels time).

  • 20.04.2023 (h. 10:00-12:30, CEST – online) Webinar sul Bando MSCA-2023-PF, by Politecnico di Torino (English) - Schedule and registration available here
     
  • 12.05.2023 (h. 9:00 -12:00, CEST - online) Webinar “How to build and present a competitive idea and CV for MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowship grants”, by Yellow Research (English) – Schedule and registration available here

  • “Q&A session” among Supervisor, applicant and MSCA officer (online) reservation by writing to msca@polito.it - Service to be requested no later than 30/06/2023.
  • Proposal review (Part B1 & B2 has to be 90% ready) service offered on a first come first served basis by writing to msca@polito.it - Service to be requested no later than 14/07/2023.
  • May – September 2023 support by the MSCA officer for the online compilation of the administrative part (Part A)
  • Access to dedicated resources for proposal preparation (such as training materials, thematic insights, webinars recordings)
