Just the Woman I Am 2023

JUST THE WOMAN I AM (JTWIA) will be back on Sunday, March 5th, with the participation, as usual, of Politecnico di Torino, Università di Torino and CUS - Centro Universitario Sportivo torinese.

Celebrating its 10th anniversary, JTWUA consists of an yearly public run - walk organized in coincidence with the Women’s Day. The aim is to collect funds for university research on cancer, promoting prevention, correct lifestyles, inclusion and gender parity.
Your participation will be valuable to sustain health, sport and gender parity. Dont’ miss the opportunity to live the streets full of people moving in a rose-colored river! You will support your health (walking or running for 5km) and university research on cancer. Departure will be from Piazza Castello, Torino, on Sunday, March 5, at 4 p.m.

You can still register individually at this link but customization on the t-shirt is no longer available.

And if you are unable to participate in attendance, sign up virtually, independently choosing your own 5 km route or one of the JTWIA ON THE ROAD accredited routes (visible on the JTWIA website) and sharing the experience on Social. A way for registered Individuals and JTWIA Groups around the world to participate "distant but united."

You will receive specific directions for picking up your registration kit and Welcome Bag (being distributed no earlier than Feb. 20) after registration is complete.

Funds raised through registrations help provide continuity and strength to the projects we believe in, supporting research grants of our researchers and promoting education through conferences, meetings, seminars and popular webinars open to the public.

In addition to the March 5 event, JTWIA is also the Prevention and Wellness Village, a physical and digital space located in San Carlo Square that offers citizens free prevention screenings, consultations, conferences and popular webinars. It will be active on Friday 3, Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
