Consulta Active Weekend

The Consulta Active Weekend, taking place on 9 and 10 October 2026, is designed as an opportunity to meet, exchange ideas and actively participate, with the aim of strengthening connections within the young community of Politecnico di Torino and exploring topics related to sport, well-being and university life.
Promoted by the Consulta Giovani of Politecnico di Torino and PoliTO Sporty Campus, the initiative will combine discussion and participatory planning sessions with sports activities and opportunities to socialise, recognising university sport as an effective and inclusive tool for enhancing the overall academic experience.

The programme on Friday, 9 October will be reserved for members of the Consulta Giovani. On Saturday, 10 October, activities will be open to the young community of Politecnico di Torino: PhD candidates and University research and teaching staff who obtained their PhD no more than 12 years ago, regardless of their current position. Participants’ families are also welcome to attend, although, for insurance reasons, sports activities will be reserved for Politecnico di Torino staff.

To take part, even in just some of the activities scheduled over the weekend, registration via the online form is required. Only a few places are still available.

The sports activities are designed to be inclusive and require no previous experience. Introductory sessions covering the basics of each discipline will be provided to encourage everyone to participate and get involved. Teams will consist of six people, with at least two participants of each gender. Groups will also be organised according to the availability indicated during registration.
A medical certificate is not required to take part in the sports activities: participants who do not have one will be able to sign a self-certification form. Those who already have a medical certificate are nevertheless advised to bring it with them.
