Summer school on cybersecurity, microelectronics and beyond

The Summer School on Cybersecurity, Microelectronics, and beyond, organized by the Department of Control and Computer Engineering (DAUIN) and the Department of Electronics and Telecommunications (DET) of Politecnico di Torino, with the collaboration of Feng Chia University (Taipei, Taiwan), coordinated by Professor Sara Vinco of DAUIN and Erica Raviola of DET, will be held from 6 to 10 July 2026 in the Aula magna of the Lingotto campus of Politecnico di Torino.

The Summer School, dedicated to PhD students, brings together students, faculty members, and experts from Politecnico di Torino, Feng Chia University, and leading research and industrial organizations to explore current challenges and opportunities in advanced electronics, semiconductor technologies, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, digital forensics, and radiation-tolerant systems.

Abstract
Through a rich program of technical talks, laboratory demonstrations, institutional visits, and industry perspectives, participants will engage with topics ranging from embedded AI, electronic design automation, VLSI reliability, integrated circuit design, and low-power systems to deepfake detection, network security, and the societal impact of emerging technologies.
