Call for Participation | Empowering Equity Academy 2026

Politecnico di Torino is opening applications to participate in the Empowering Equity Academy 2026, an initiative promoted by the European Investment Bank (EIB) to encourage women in STEM and sustainability fields, with a particular focus on venture capital and private equity.

Programme

• A free online course from 7 September to 11 September 2026;
• A final in-person event in Luxembourg on 21 September 2026.

For this edition, Politecnico will not conduct a pre-selection process. All female Engineering students will be able to apply directly through the website. Among all applicants from the various universities, 40 participants will be selected to take part in the in-person training sessions and on-site activities.

Requirements:

• Master’s student
• Background in Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics or Sustainability curricula
• Under 30 years of age at the time of registration
• EU citizenship required.

The deadline for applications is 30 June 2026. To apply, please fill in this form and follow all the steps outlined in the application portal.
Two Info Sessions are scheduled, for which registration through the respective forms is required in order to participate:
• Thursday, 18 June 2026, from 12:00 to 13:00 – registration form
• Thursday, 25 June 2026, from 17:00 to 18:00 – registration form
