Horizon@BCG aims to make access to the world of work more equitable and accessible, supporting those who want to grow, learn and consciously build their future, finally finding an opportunity to realise their potential.
Over 16 weeks, BCG will accompany you on a journey full of encounters, challenges and inspiration.
Weekly online workshops, personalised mentoring and ongoing interaction with the BCG team will help you acquire concrete tools and, above all, look to the future.
