With the contribution of Pepe Barbieri, we will explore from the Mediterranean matrices of space, the genomes for the multiple horizontal weaving of a future metropolis.

Pepe Barbieri is an architect, he taught Progettazione Architettonica at the Faculty of Architecture in Pescara. He is concerned with the transformations of contemporary living, particularly with regard to the infrastructure of the territory and the form of the extended city. Among his publications: Metropoli Piccole, Meltemi, 2003, Infraspazi, Meltemi, 2006, Geocittà, List, 2017.
