EBTC Biotechnology Mission 2012

From 24 to 28 September and from 5 to 9 November the European Business and Technology Centre (http://www.ebtc.eu/) – a European project of whom POLITO is partner - invites, through this particular online event, any EU organization / individual interested in exploring the best Indian opportunities in the biotech sector. Be it a small medium sized enterprise (SME’s) or Research Institution, the mission aims to showcase interesting, relevant and ready-to-go business and research opportunities in the Biotechnology sector (and environmental subsectors - water, wastewater and green buildings) in India, encouraging EU-India collaboration.
Part 1 - ‘EBTC Biotechnology Virtual Matchmaking’ (24th-28th September 2012):
upon registering for virtual matchmaking participants will have access to view Indian biotech project briefs and to explore possible private and public collaborations, joint ventures, technology development / transfer, and clinical trials – all in a virtual set up.
Part 2 – ‘EBTC Business & Research Delegation to India’ (5th-9th November 2012, Bengaluru):
to meet prospective Indian counterparts in person, identifying strategic priorities for collaboration, facilitating research cooperation and exploring business opportunities. The event will include high-end seminar, one-to-one talks, B2B meetings, site visits and networking sessions.
