  Antonio Felice Devincenti

was born in Vigone (Turin) in 1690 and died in Turin on 9th September 1778. Military engineer and head of the Congress of Bulders from 1773 to 1778, in 1713 Devincenti was appointed as ensigns' of Gunners and started working in Sicily as a military engineer.

From records of Royal Measures, Devincenti results to have been appointed as colonel of artillery, expert in civil and military Architecture, general liutenant of infantry and commander of the same body.

From 1738 to 1742 Devincenti looked after the building of the Royal Arsenal of Turin.
