  Ferdinando Reycend

was born in Turin on 21st September 1810 and died on 4th May 1879. Reycend was director of the Cabinet of Architecture. Approved as a civil architect and measurer by the University of Turin in 1834, Reycend became professor of Geometric Drawing in Drawing Schools of Turin.

Among the numerous projects of civil architecture, the one of bastions in the Cittadella of Turin is worth mentioning.
