  Biagio Garzena

was born in 1929. Graduated in Architecture in Turin, Garzena performed didactical and research activities at the University Institute of Architecture in Venice (1956-1964) and at the faculty of Architecture in Milan (1964-1974).

In the first 60s Garzena founded together with other colleagues the Collective Associated Technical Bureau of Architecture where he performed his profession up to 1987. Full professor of Architectonic Composition at the faculty of Architecture of Turin, Garzena died on 4th October 1989.
