As stipulated by its Statute, the Politecnico is governed by

The Rector appoints the Deputy Rector. The Board of Governors, following the rector's proposal, nominates the Administrative Director.

The Rector delegates his functions to Vice Rectors and Advisors. The Rector is supported by his Cabinet having an advisory function.

The Rector nominates the members of the Evaluation Board, whose tasks are established by law.
