The International Affairs Area was created in 2007 and it manages a large range of activities aimed at the fulfillment of the Internationalization goals defined by the Strategic Plan "Horizon 2020".

Incoming and Outgoing Mobility Division

The Division is in charge of the promotion of the Politecnico di Torino abroad and it manages the recruitment of international students. This Division also promotes and organizes the incoming and outgoing students’ mobility. Moreover, it manages welcome activities and supports international teachers, researchers and students with bureaucratic issues such as entry visa, residence permit, family reunification, accommodation, health care and coordinates the activity carried out by professional cultural mediators.

International Relations, Mobility and Cooperation Projects Division

The Division is responsible for the institutional relationships with foreign countries and institutions (Management and implementation of agreements and organization of foreign visits); it manages projects financed by national, European and international institutions mainly aimed at fostering students and faculty mobility; it provides assistance to the Departments for what concerns the application to Erasmus + Program and other International Cooperation Projects; it organizes the activities of Polito campuses abroad and it coordinates the participation to international university networks.
